Customers are responsible for providing accurate details regarding sofa condition during the booking. We may inspect the item before confirming the final quotation.
All repair and restoration services come with a limited service warranty, covering workmanship and material defects. Warranty does not apply to:
Furnish Creation follows a transparent and affordable pricing model. Customers can save up to 70% compared to buying new sofa. All estimates are shared in advance and confirmed with customer approval before starting the work. Additional costs (if any) are communicated clearly.
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, cash, or card as mutually agreed. In some cases, an advance payment may be required to begin work, especially if premium materials (foam, fabric, leather, polish) are to be procured.
We value your privacy. Customer details such as name, contact number, address, and sofa information are collected only for service purposes and are never shared with third parties.

While we take utmost care in handling your sofa, Furnish Creation is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural weaknesses, or unforeseen issues arising during repair. Antique and delicate sofa items are serviced only upon customer consent.
